WTF, Adobe Creative Suite 4 installer?!: I had just finished installing CS4 (design premium) and this is what I was created with in the Finder. Notice the scroll bar - there are tons more that you can’t see. All of these disk images were ghosts as I had already ejected the CS4 DVD, so when I clicked on one, it bombed the Finder. Way to go Adobe!
