Emma in repose: She’s still not feeling well. Unfortunately it’s the beginnings of kidney failure, so it’s only a matter of time before we’re going to be faced with the sad reality of this situation. Still, it’s times like this when I find her enjoying a simple pleasure like napping in a warm, sun-blessed place where I don’t regret having cats for a single moment, no matter what sadness there may be in the future.
